"We had parent sessions initially and then my daughter had several therapy sessions herself. Ella took time to really get to know our daughter and her anxieties and challenges, and over time gave her and us strategies to help overcomes/manage how she was feeling. We have seen our daughter become a lot less anxious, she’s calmer, and more able to express how she feels. She is also doing things/dealing with situations she wasn’t able to prior to therapy."

We would most definitely recommend Dr Ella Woods. Our daughter has really struggled, with school, exams and anxiety. From the initial appointment with Ella, until the final diagnosis of ADHD Ella has been professional, and understanding. Our daughter was always put at ease, throughout the testing. Every step of the process was explained to us and if we had any questions along the way, she was always happy to answer them. As a family we now have a much better understanding of our daughters needs.
